What Sync Pro is
A WhatsApp CRM built out of modules, where each team has only the ones it uses switched on and configures them itself, and what its subscription includes.
Sync Pro is a CRM whose main channel is WhatsApp. A conversation arrives, it becomes a lead, the lead moves through a funnel, and the team sees who is answering what. Around that centre sit the modules: telephony, an ERP, artificial intelligence, and the AI clients you already use. A team has on only the ones it needs.
The team is the unit
Everything in Sync Pro belongs to a team. The leads, the conversations, the funnels, the templates, the roles and the settings are the team's, and nothing crosses from one team to another. A person can belong to several and works inside one at a time, changing it with the Switch Team button next to the team's name at the top of the sidebar.
That is why the guides say "your team" rather than "your account": the account is the person, the team is the workspace.
What follows your WhatsApp number
WhatsApp is the centre, and it is not switched on like the rest: linking your number is what turns it on. While a number is linked, Chats, Kanban and Templates are in the menu. While it is not, none of the three is. There is no separate module for funnels or boards: your Kanban boards come with the number. See The WhatsApp module and Funnels and Kanban boards.
Two screens depend on a permission rather than on a module: Media and Space appear for whoever has Manage Media switched on in their role. See Roles and permissions.
The modules
A module is a capability that is on or off per team. When it is off, its screens are not in the menu, its section is not in Settings → Integrations, and its pages do not open. When it is on, the team still has to configure it before it does anything.
| Module | What it adds | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Advanced leads | Sources and campaigns, so you know where a lead came from: Lead Sources and Lead Campaigns in the menu. | Leads, sources and campaigns |
| Callpicker | Phone calls, with their recording, arriving in Calls. | The Callpicker module |
| Odoo | An unknown caller looked up in your Odoo customers, so the call arrives with a name. | The Odoo module |
| ChatGPT | Automatic WhatsApp replies for the leads of users set up for it, and the analysis of calls. | The ChatGPT module |
| Assembly AI | Call recordings turned into text, the first step of the call analysis. | Call transcription and sentiment |
| Azure Language | The sentiment of a call, worked out after the ChatGPT step. | Call transcription and sentiment |
| Token access | Pasting a WhatsApp token by hand, for numbers that cannot use the guided connection. | The WhatsApp module |
| MCP | Claude, ChatGPT or another AI client working with your leads and Kanban boards, through a token. | Connect your AI client with MCP |
A new team has a list of first steps on its dashboard that walks it through the setup. Your first steps in Sync Pro gives the route and how long each step takes, and The first steps explains how that list works.
Who turns a module on
WhatsApp is yours. It has no switch: every team links its number from Settings → Integrations, and linking it is what turns WhatsApp on. That is what lets a team sign up and reach its product without waiting for anybody. You need Edit Settings in your role to see that section.
The rest reach your team as add-ons, in one of these ways:
- Included in your plan. MCP, for example, comes with the Company and Enterprise plans. See Sync Pro plans.
- Turned on by the team. Whoever has Manage Plans in their role sees Add-ons in the menu, under Administration, when there are add-ons on offer for the team. From there they turn on, try or buy the ones your Sync Pro offers.
- Given to the team — for good or as a trial — by whoever administers your Sync Pro.
From inside the team you see the result: the menu entry appears and the settings section shows up, waiting for its keys. See Turning modules on and off.
If a module you expect is not there, that is the thing to ask for. If it is there but nothing happens, it is configured wrongly, and each module's guide says exactly which fields it needs before it counts as connected.
What your subscription includes
Your plan gives the team the use of Sync Pro within its limits; see Sync Pro plans. A few things sit outside it:
- Other providers' costs. Meta, WhatsApp, Callpicker, OpenAI, Assembly AI, Azure and any other service you connect bill you for what you use there. A module lets you use the service; it does not pay for it.
- Personal setup help. You configure the team yourself with these guides. WebLabor's Initial Setup is a service contracted separately, and it cannot guarantee what depends on Meta or other providers.
- Custom development. New modules, changes or integrations made for you are quoted separately.
The full conditions are in the terms.
Where to go next
- Set up your team — members, roles and who answers by default.
- The WhatsApp module — connect the number.
- Chats and conversations — the day-to-day screen.
