Plans

  • Sync Pro now has five plans — Free, Starter, Professional, Company and Enterprise — that differ in users, contacts served each month, storage and support, priced in pesos from Mexico and in dollars anywhere else. A new team starts on Free. Sync Pro plans
  • Each plan now limits how many contacts your team can write to each month. A contact counts once however many messages you send them, and messages they send you do not count. Sync Pro plans
  • From Professional up you can add users, blocks of 1,000 contacts served or more storage on top of your plan, as many as you need, without moving to the next plan. More users, contacts or space without changing plan
  • Several fixes were made to plans.

Support

  • You can ask for help from inside Sync Pro on every plan, Free included: open a support request from the help centre and follow the answers there. On Company and Enterprise you can also talk to the support team in a live chat. Sync Pro plans

Conversations on WhatsApp

  • A file a contact sends you is now kept even when your team has run out of space, because WhatsApp does not keep it for long. It shows in the conversation as usual, with a note asking you to free up space. Chats and conversations
  • The unread messages email now goes to each person responsible for the chats, once per team, naming the team and counting every chat left unread for more than an hour. How to get notified
  • Every notice names the team it belongs to, and opening it takes you to that team. How to get notified
  • Several fixes were made to conversations.

Files and space

  • Every file has its place in Media: a folder per contact for the files of its conversation, a folder per call for its recording, a folder per template for its files, and Imports for the spreadsheets you import. Their names follow the language you use Sync Pro in. Your team's files and space
  • A photo, document or audio you schedule is checked against your team's space when you schedule it, so once scheduled it goes out on its date. Your team's files and space
  • Several fixes were made to files and space.

Integrations and AI

  • Whoever holds Edit Settings can now manage the team's MCP tokens, and the Integrations tab shows only to those who can use it. Connect your AI client with MCP
  • The keys of your integrations are no longer sent to the browser: a saved key shows masked, with a Change button to replace it. The Odoo module

Moving team data

  • A team exported from Sync Pro is imported with all of its records, its files go into the folder of the record they belong to, and the import no longer sends a new-message notice for every message it brings in. Move your team's data to another team

Your account

  • Connected devices lists the devices your account was used on in the last 30 days, one line per browser, system and address, and disconnecting a line signs out every session in it. Your devices and your password

Look and public pages

  • Sync Pro now wears its own purple and the Poppins font, in the product and on its public pages, and the public pages have a menu built for phones.
  • The home page shows what Sync Pro does with screenshots of each feature, its plans and add-ons, and answers to frequent questions. Conversations on WhatsApp
  • Sync Pro's terms are published at /terms, in Spanish and in English.
  • Every public page has its own address in each language, so a page read in Spanish opens and links in Spanish.
  • Several fixes were made to the public pages.

Help centre

  • Every guide was rewritten to describe Sync Pro as it works today, and a new guide explains how to move your team's data to another team. Guides and their sections also have addresses in Spanish. Move your team's data to another team
