Sync Pro Specific Terms
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These Specific Terms govern the purchase and use of Sync Pro, a service provided by WebLabor, and supplement the General Terms and Conditions of WebLabor and any other specific terms that may apply.
Purchasing, paying for, registering for or using Sync Pro implies acceptance of these Specific Terms and of the General Terms and Conditions of WebLabor currently in force.
1. Purpose and nature of Sync Pro
Sync Pro is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed to centralize, organize and manage communications, contacts and information related to customer service and follow-up.
Sync Pro may include tools such as conversations, contacts, Kanban boards, statuses, media files, automations, integrations, application programming interfaces (API), connections with artificial intelligence tools and other features available according to the plan purchased.
The platform may connect with external services, including WhatsApp and other Meta services, calling services and other channels or providers that WebLabor adds.
The availability of a feature or integration will depend on the plan purchased and on the current characteristics of Sync Pro.
2. License of use
Purchasing Sync Pro grants the Customer a limited right to access and use the platform during the term of its subscription and in accordance with the plan, limits, modules and add-ons purchased.
Purchasing Sync Pro is not a sale of the software and does not transfer to the Customer any ownership rights over Sync Pro, its source code, architecture, design, modules, components or other technological elements.
3. Intellectual property
Sync Pro, including its code, architecture, structure, interfaces, modules, components, features and other technological elements developed by WebLabor, is the property of WebLabor or is used under the corresponding licenses.
Purchasing Sync Pro only grants the rights of use expressly provided for in these Terms.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, no payment made by the Customer implies an assignment of intellectual property or exclusivity over Sync Pro or any of its components.
4. Plans
Sync Pro is offered through different subscription plans, whose characteristics, capacities, prices and limits will be those published by WebLabor or set out in the corresponding quote.
Plans may set limits on users, contacts served, storage, integrations, API, connection tools, customer support channels and other resources or features.
The Customer will only have access to the characteristics of the plan and add-ons it has active.
5. Changes to plans
WebLabor may modify, reorganize, replace, add or remove plans, characteristics, limits, benefits, prices or features of Sync Pro.
Commercial changes will not retroactively modify a subscription period already paid and will apply to new purchases or to the corresponding subsequent renewals.
The foregoing does not prevent making changes that are necessary for technical, security, legal or regulatory reasons or that arise from changes made by external providers.
6. Billing period and renewal
Plans may be purchased monthly or annually, according to the options available at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions will renew automatically using the payment method registered by the Customer, unless they are cancelled before the next renewal date.
The cycle date will be determined from the original date of the corresponding purchase or renewal.
The Customer authorizes the recurring charges needed to keep its subscription active for as long as it is not cancelled.
7. Annual subscriptions
When an annual plan is purchased, the corresponding price will be charged in advance and will grant access during the annual period purchased.
Cancelling an annual subscription will prevent its next renewal, but will not end the period already paid early.
No refunds or prorated reimbursements will be made for unused periods after a cancellation.
8. Voluntary cancellation
The Customer may cancel the renewal of its subscription.
Cancellation has no retroactive effect and does not give rise to a refund of amounts previously paid.
The Customer will keep the purchased plan until the end of the monthly or annual period previously paid, after which it will no longer renew automatically.
9. Upgrading to a higher plan
The Customer may request or make an upgrade to a higher plan during an active period.
The upgrade may apply immediately and may give rise to a charge for the corresponding difference, adjustment or proration according to the remaining time and to the conditions shown when the change is made.
10. Downgrading to a lower plan
Downgrades from a paid plan to a lower-priced paid plan take effect immediately, with no credit, refund or compensation for the part of the current period already paid.
When the downgrade is to the Free plan, the Customer will keep the purchased plan until the end of the monthly or annual period previously paid.
To make a downgrade, the account must be within the limits of the new plan.
Sync Pro may prevent the downgrade when the Customer exceeds the limits on users, storage or other resources of the plan it intends to change to.
The Customer must first reduce its usage until it is within those limits.
11. Contacts served
For the purposes of plan limits, a Contact Served is each lead to which the Customer has sent at least one message through Sync Pro during the corresponding monthly period, which is the calendar month in UTC time.
The same lead will count only once during that period, regardless of the number of messages sent to it.
Messages received from leads do not count toward the contacts served limit.
The contacts served limit will reset at the start of each new monthly period.
12. Contact limit
When the contacts served limit of the purchased plan is reached, Sync Pro may restrict new actions, interactions or additional processing.
The Customer may keep read access to the existing information, but the operation of the platform may remain restricted until:
a) a new monthly period begins;
b) additional capacity is purchased, when the plan allows add-ons; or
c) the Customer upgrades to a higher plan.
Reaching a limit does not automatically give rise to the purchase of, or a charge for, additional capacity.
13. Storage
The storage included in each plan represents the maximum capacity available to the account.
Storage comprises files, images, videos, documents, conversation information, records, platform data and any other information stored as a result of using Sync Pro.
It is not an amount of storage that resets every month.
When an account reaches its storage capacity, Sync Pro may restrict the receipt, generation, processing or storage of new information until the Customer frees up space, purchases additional capacity or changes to a plan with greater capacity.
14. Add-ons
Certain plans may purchase add-ons to increase their limits or capacities.
The available add-ons and their prices will be those published by WebLabor at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, add-ons are recurring charges and will renew together with the subscription while they remain active.
Purchasing additional contact capacity increases the available monthly limit while the add-on remains active.
Purchasing additional storage increases the maximum available capacity while the add-on remains active.
15. Additional users
When a plan allows additional users to be purchased, the corresponding add-on will increase the maximum number of user accounts that can be registered in Sync Pro.
The charge corresponds to the increase in capacity and will apply while that add-on remains purchased, regardless of whether the Customer uses all of the available seats.
To cancel the add-on or reduce the number of users allowed, the Customer must first be within the new applicable limit.
16. Availability of add-ons
Add-ons will only be available for plans that expressly indicate that possibility.
When a plan does not allow add-ons, the Customer must upgrade to a higher plan if it needs to exceed any of its limits.
17. WhatsApp number per subscription
Each Sync Pro subscription allows connecting up to one WhatsApp number.
The Customer may use Sync Pro without connecting a WhatsApp number when the available features allow it.
When the Customer wishes to manage more than one WhatsApp number, it must purchase a separate subscription for each number.
Subscriptions for different numbers are independent. Their limits on users, contacts, storage, add-ons and other resources are not combined, transferred or shared among them.
18. Third-party integrations
Sync Pro may integrate with platforms and services provided by third parties, including WhatsApp, Meta services, telephony services, calls, artificial intelligence and other providers.
These services are independent of WebLabor.
WebLabor only provides the connection mechanisms available within Sync Pro and does not control the infrastructure, availability, policies, prices, restrictions or decisions of those providers.
19. Dependence on external services
WebLabor does not guarantee the availability, continuity, compatibility or permanence of services provided by third parties.
Changes in APIs, policies, permissions, requirements, prices, verification processes, restrictions, blocks, suspensions, interruptions or modifications made by an external provider may affect the integrations available in Sync Pro.
Failures directly attributable to those providers will not be considered failures of Sync Pro itself.
WebLabor may make the changes it considers reasonable to adapt Sync Pro to changes made by those providers, without guaranteeing that an integration can be maintained indefinitely.
20. Third-party costs
Sync Pro prices do not include charges set by external providers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Charges that Meta, WhatsApp or other providers set for messages, conversations, calls, numbers, API usage, artificial intelligence, licenses, consumption or other items will be the responsibility of the Customer.
The inclusion of an integration or feature in a plan means that Sync Pro allows that capability to be used, but does not imply that WebLabor will bear the costs of the external provider needed to use it.
21. Ownership of external accounts
Meta Business accounts, WhatsApp accounts, phone numbers and any other external accounts or resources connected to Sync Pro belong to the Customer or to their respective owners.
WebLabor does not acquire ownership rights over those accounts by providing assistance with their setup or connection.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining its accounts, credentials, permissions and any other requirements needed to keep its integrations active.
22. Customer responsibility for WhatsApp and other channels
The Customer is responsible for its use of WhatsApp, Meta and any other channel connected to Sync Pro.
This includes, among other things, the messages sent, recipients, campaigns, content, contact lists, authorizations, consents and compliance with the policies of the respective providers and with applicable law.
The Customer must not use Sync Pro for spam, unlawful activities, unauthorized communications or any activity prohibited by applicable law or by the policies of the providers used.
WebLabor will not be responsible for blocks, restrictions, suspensions, sanctions or other consequences arising from the conduct of the Customer or from a breach of the rules set by third parties.
23. Integration setup
Where technically possible, the Customer may set up its accounts and integrations directly using the tools provided by Sync Pro.
Purchasing Sync Pro does not include personalized setup assistance unless expressly stated otherwise.
24. Initial Setup Service
The Customer may separately purchase the Initial Setup service of WebLabor.
Through this service, WebLabor will provide personalized support to make it easier to set up Sync Pro and its integrations.
WebLabor may directly carry out the actions that are technically within its reach and provide instructions or remote assistance for the actions that must be carried out by the Customer.
The Customer must provide the information, access, authorizations and cooperation reasonably necessary to complete the setup.
When a platform requires actions reserved to the account owner, including signing in, providing documentation, proving ownership, receiving codes, accepting permissions or completing verifications, the Customer will be responsible for carrying them out.
25. Scope of the Initial Setup
The Initial Setup service is an assistance service to carry out or facilitate the setup.
WebLabor does not guarantee approvals, verifications, activations, continuity of accounts, absence of blocks or any other result that depends on decisions or systems of Meta, WhatsApp or other third parties.
26. API, integrations and connection tools
Certain plans may provide access to API, integration tools or mechanisms to connect with external systems, applications or assistants.
The specific capabilities will be those that Sync Pro has enabled and documented at any given time.
Access to these features does not include licenses, accounts, credits, tokens, consumption or charges for external services.
27. Customer support
Plans may include different customer support channels according to the characteristics published for each one.
Customer support may be used to raise questions about how Sync Pro works and to report possible errors or incidents.
Customer support does not include custom development, changes to the system, creation of new features, custom setup, individual training or performing specific work requested by the Customer.
Such work may be purchased separately when WebLabor offers it.
28. Email support
Plans that include email support may submit questions through the channel enabled by WebLabor.
WebLabor will endeavor to provide a first response within the following five business days, within its support hours and availability.
That time frame is indicative and does not constitute a Service Level Agreement (SLA), nor does it guarantee that an incident will be resolved within that period.
29. Chat support
Plans that include chat support may use the channels that WebLabor enables for this purpose.
Chat availability will be subject to the hours, capacity and availability of WebLabor staff.
The existence of chat support does not constitute an immediate, permanent or 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week support service.
30. Plan without personalized support
Plans that indicate they do not include customer support give no right to receive individual assistance from WebLabor.
WebLabor may provide documentation, manuals, tutorials, frequently asked questions and other self-service resources.
It may also enable mechanisms to receive error reports, without that implying an obligation to provide an individual response or a set support time frame.
31. Additional modules and development
WebLabor may offer existing modules, new features, changes, integrations or custom development related to Sync Pro.
The scope, price, timing and conditions of this work will be determined by the corresponding quote, proposal or specific terms.
The ordinary Sync Pro subscription does not give the Customer the right to demand development, changes or the addition of features not included in its plan.
32. Ownership of developments and improvements
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the modules, features, changes and improvements developed by WebLabor for Sync Pro may be incorporated into the general product.
A payment made by a Customer for a development corresponds to the work needed to develop and incorporate the agreed feature and does not grant exclusivity or ownership over the code developed.
WebLabor may reuse, modify, improve, market, license or make those features available to other customers.
33. Non-payment
Paid subscriptions must be up to date in order to use the features of the purchased plan.
If WebLabor cannot collect a renewal on the corresponding date, access to and operation of the account will continue for a period of up to 15 days, counted from the first failed charge, while the charge is retried.
The retry period does not cancel or change the original date of the billing cycle.
34. Charge retries
After a failed charge, WebLabor may make new charge attempts on the registered payment method during a period of up to 15 days.
If the charge succeeds during this period, the subscription will continue under the corresponding plan.
The original renewal date will remain unchanged.
For example, if the renewal was due on the 10th and the payment is finally made on the 15th, the next period will still have the corresponding 10th as its renewal date.
The retry period will not extend the length of the subscription or give rise to compensation or refunds.
35. Information received while a debt is outstanding
While there is an outstanding debt due to non-payment, Sync Pro may continue to receive and store information coming from integrations that remain technically active, in order to maintain continuity and history.
However, WebLabor does not guarantee the receipt, processing or retention of information that exceeds the storage limits or other capacities of the account.
The temporary receipt of information while a debt is outstanding does not mean the Customer may operate the platform while the payment remains pending.
36. Cancellation for non-payment
If the retry period elapses without the corresponding charge being collected, the paid subscription will be cancelled.
Once cancelled, the account will be subject to the characteristics and limits of the Free plan in force at that time.
The uncollected amount will remain as a debt that the Customer must settle to keep operating the account, even when it is on the Free plan within its limits or a paid plan is purchased again.
While the debt remains outstanding, the Customer will keep access to its account, to the plans, to the debt and to its cards, so that it can settle it.
When the resources used exceed the limits of the Free plan, the operation of the account may remain fully or partially blocked until the Customer reduces its usage or purchases again a plan with sufficient capacity.
37. Deletion of data after a paid subscription ends
When a paid subscription ends, whether by voluntary cancellation at the end of the purchased period or for non-payment, the account may become subject to the limits of the Free plan in force.
If the stored information exceeds those limits, WebLabor may keep it temporarily for a period of up to 30 days counted from the effective end of the paid subscription.
Once that period has elapsed, WebLabor may delete, in whole or in part, the information that exceeds the permitted limits, with no obligation to keep that excess.
The temporary retention of information does not constitute an obligation of permanent storage.
The Customer is responsible for using, in good time, the export tools available in Sync Pro to keep the information it requires.
The deletion of information under this clause may be irreversible.
38. Inactive free accounts
A Free plan account may be considered inactive when 90 consecutive days pass without any of its users signing in to Sync Pro.
The automatic receipt of information through external integrations will not, on its own, be considered user activity for these purposes.
WebLabor may delete an inactive free account and the information stored in it once that period has elapsed.
The Customer is responsible for keeping, using the available tools, any information it needs to retain.
39. Export and backup of information
Sync Pro may provide tools to export certain information stored on the platform.
The Customer is responsible for making the exports or backups it considers necessary before cancelling a subscription, reducing capacity or ceasing to use the service.
WebLabor does not guarantee that all internal elements, settings, metadata or technical information of Sync Pro can be exported in every format or through every feature.
40. Evolution of Sync Pro
Sync Pro is a continuously evolving product.
WebLabor may develop, update, reorganize, improve or replace components, interfaces, modules, integrations and features as part of its technological and commercial evolution.
WebLabor may likewise discontinue features when there are technical, commercial, legal or regulatory reasons, or reasons related to external providers.
Where reasonably possible, WebLabor may replace a discontinued feature with another that serves an equivalent or similar purpose, with no obligation to keep it technically or functionally identical to the previous one.
41. Prices and taxes
The applicable prices will be those published by WebLabor or those indicated to the Customer at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the consumer prices published for Sync Pro include the applicable taxes.
WebLabor may change its prices for new purchases and future renewals.
A price change will not alter the amount corresponding to a period that has already been paid.
42. Invoicing
When the Customer requires an invoice or tax receipt for the services purchased, it must provide the necessary tax information and request it from WebLabor by email at [email protected], meeting the applicable tax requirements and deadlines.
43. Relationship with the General Terms and Conditions
These Specific Terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions of WebLabor.
Matters not specifically governed by this document will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, by the specific terms of other services purchased.
When the Customer purchases custom development, setup, specialized support or other additional services, the specific conditions of those services may apply.
44. Acceptance
Creating an account, purchasing a plan, making a payment, renewing a subscription or using Sync Pro constitutes acceptance of these Specific Terms and of the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
The Customer must review the version of the applicable terms in force for future purchases and renewals.
